Returns
Any item(s) you wish to return must be returned to the fulfilment centre that dispatched your order, this should be carried out within 21 days of receiving the goods.
Damaged or unwanted return item(s) purchased from Equine Nutrition must be factory sealed and unused, excluding those covered by the Risk-Free Returns policy.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the goods purchased; you will be notified of your refund via email confirmation.

Equine Nutrition does not offer 'free returns,' the cost of returning goods will be down to the consumer. In the interest of security, we recommend choosing a tracked delivery service to return your goods to avoid any missing in transit issues.
To make a return, please get in touch with customer support with your name, order number and reason for return.
Refunds for international orders (outside of the United Kingdom) will be minus all shipping costs incurred by Equine Nutrition when dispatching your goods. Refunds may take 3 to 5 working days to appear in your account.
